Wild Berries for brain power

Memory support

I read with interest a snippet in The Daily Telegraph about how blueberries may lead to a new treatment for Alzheimer’s, according to researchers in Reading University. The proof? The scientists found that the equivalent of a punnet a day of the magic fruit significantly improved the memory of rats.  Forgive me but I do wonder how on earth they got the rats to eat them!  I suspect that the Reading scientists used a powerful liquid extraction akin to the one I take: Total Body Power, a certified wild, non-GMO, raw formula rich in live enzymes. A natural source of flavonoids, the liquid is uncooked in order to preserve the raw nutrients of this unique mix of eight wild berries including blueberry. Berries have a variety of applications, dependent on the specific berry’s polyphenol makeup so a daily dose of 20 drops makes sense in today’s world of stress and active living in the fast lane. Tastes brilliant, especially with yoghurt!Nikki Dake; Practitioner and journalist Cyprus Sunday Mail July 27th to August 2nd 2008
